Horses For Sale And Or Lease
All summer season (April 7- Nov. 15) leases are onsite. Leases includes tack, maintenance vet care, maintenance farrier care, and lessons.

Winter Season (Dec. 1 - April 4) Leases are four months in duration and horses are boarded at a stable with an indoor arena.

Leases vary in price depending on the horse's availability, skill level, and the riders goals and activities. Generally lease prices vary between $400 and $900 monthly.
Roman

Roman is 1/2 Dutch Harness and 1/2 Percheron, 16.2h 9yrs ish.
Available for trail riding, lower level dressage and jumping 2'3" and below. He may be looking for a winter lease, I haven't decided yet. Not for a beginner. Experienced rider only. Very forward, powerful mover, big strides.

Shatka is a 17 year old, 16.2h, Georgian Grande, pinto mare.
She is looking for a winter lease. She is very fun to ride. Dressage and trail ride only. She can jump the occasional small jump, but should not be jumped as a general rule. Showed USDF Second Level dressage, winning USEA Novice when she retired from competition.
BKR My Lotus
Flower is a 14.3h, 2.5 year old, registered Half Arabian mare. She is also Half Holsteiner out of the Approved Hosteiner Stallion Lotus T! Flower has excellent lofty gaits, and will make someone a competitive horse at USDF, USEA, or other sanctioned competitions. Ellie 513-378-7492

Elsa is a 6yr, 16h, TB mare. She gets steadier every day and she is NOT SPOOKY & HAS A GREAT BRAIN! She is easy to walk , trot, canter in the arena, hacks out alone, and has been to one show. This mare has an uphill build and a lovely canter, making her an excellent hunter, eventer, dressage, or breeding prospect. She went to her first show, didn't put a foot wrong and earned a 77%. Smarty is a 17 year old, TB mare, 16.1h. She is green, but is very excited about learning new things. She is not spooky and is quite brave. She is now in the lesson program and has been taking students trail riding! She needs to get to some schooling shows!

Rosie is an 18yr Canadian Warmblood mare. Broke to ride at the walk. She would love something more to do with her life. She would love to be a trail horse, or a lower level dressage horse. She would be a great broodmare also. I bought her to breed, but I ran out of breeding season. Sale price is 3k.
Princess Song Of Joy
Joy, is a 17 year old Georgian Grande, 15.3h, pinto, mare who was horse of the year for her breed in eventing and dressage, and she has also competed at the AEC and earned fifth place. She has also fox hunted first flight for many seasons. She is a school horse, and broodmare and enjoys jumping lessons, and trail rides. She is a very accomplished horse and has much to teach people.
