Horses For Sale And Or Lease
All summer season (April 7- Nov. 15) leases are onsite. Leases includes board, tack, maintenance vet care, maintenance farrier care, and lessons.
Winter Season (Dec. 1 - April 4) Leases are four months in duration and horses are boarded at a stable with an indoor arena.
Leases vary in price depending on the horse's availability, skill level, and the riders goals and activities. Generally lease prices vary between $400 and $900 monthly. Prices go up yearly.
Roman Red Flag

Roman is 1/2 Dutch Harness and 1/2 Percheron, 16.2h 9yrs ish.
Available for trail riding, lower level dressage and jumping 2'3" and below; he can jump bigger but he is HOT. Not for a beginner. Experienced rider only. Very forward, powerful mover, big strides. He has done many schooling shows and fox hunted second field for one season. His favorite thing is trail riding and he loves jumping cross country.
FWF Princess Shatka

Shatka is a 19 year old, 16.2h, Georgian Grande, pinto mare.
She is very fun to ride and amateur friendly. This horse has foxhunted first flight, showed usdf second level, Showed USDF Second Level, polocross tournament, and winning USEA Novice when she retired from competition. Went to AEC twice and area championships etc. Foal will be amateur friendly and for sale in 2026.
Princess Song Of Joy

Joy, is a 18 year old Georgian Grande, 15.3h, pinto, mare who was horse of the year for her breed in eventing and dressage, and she has also competed at the AEC and earned fifth place. She has also fox hunted first flight for many seasons. She is a school horse, and broodmare and enjoys jumping lessons, and trail rides. She is a very accomplished horse and has much to teach people.
